Meet Our Team
Brenna Chavarin, DHA, MSAH, EPDH
Welcome to Konnect Dental Kare Services. My name is Brenna Chavarin, and I serve as the Executive Director. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2013 and worked as both a clinical and outreach dental hygienist until 2017. During that time, I recognized significant barriers to care within my community and founded a dental hygiene outreach practice focused on expanding access to preventive services.
I went on to earn a Master of Science in Allied Health in 2022 and a Doctorate in Health Administration in 2026. In 2025, Konnect Dental Kare Services was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to further this mission by delivering accessible, community-based oral health services to rural and underserved populations.
It is a privilege to serve this community by providing care where it is needed most. I am deeply grateful for our dedicated team, whose shared commitment makes this work possible. Originally from Damascus, Oregon, I have called Klamath Falls home since 2008. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and caring for my two dachshunds.
Brooke Keffer, BSDH, EPDH
Hello, my name is Brooke, and I am an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist with Konnect Dental Kare Services. I graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2021 and began providing care as an outreach dental hygienist shortly thereafter. In addition to delivering patient care, I also serve as the office manager, supporting the coordination of our community-based services.
I am passionate about working with children and helping them understand the importance of oral health. Each day brings new experiences, and I truly enjoy connecting with patients and seeing their smiles.
My husband and I were both raised in Klamath Falls and are graduates of Henley High School. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time with our daughter and our pets. I also love traveling and am always looking for an opportunity to visit my favorite place—Disney.
Guadalupe Ortiz-Tello
My name is Lupe, and I serve as the Lead Dental Assistant at Konnect Dental Kare Services. I began working as a dental assistant with expanded practice dental hygienists at the age of 18 and quickly developed a passion for our mission. Providing care to my community through school-based and community outreach programs is both meaningful and rewarding.
In my role, I focus on ensuring patient comfort while supporting the delivery of high-quality care alongside our dental hygienists. I take pride in helping create a positive experience for every patient we serve.
I am originally from Bonanza, Oregon, and enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
